Peppermint Capital is an independent principal investor focused on identifying, acquiring and growing mid-sized businesses, organically and through acquisition. Our objective in each transaction is to create value so as to maximise shareholder returns on the subsequent exit of the business. We achieve this primarily through backing management who are prepared to invest “skin in the game”. With strong, industry experienced and highly incentivised management in place, we look to implement the agreed growth strategies and then exit the business within a 3 year – 5 year time frame, typically to a large trade player.
